Frequently Asked Questions
Are my models shared with other users?
No, never. Your creations remain completely private. The only possible sharing case is if you participate in training and choose to share your work with your trainer in a classroom.
What happens if I delete the app?
Locally stored data (without an account) is deleted with the app. If you have a Premium account, your cloud data remains accessible. You can delete it permanently by deleting your account.
Can I use NeuralBricks without giving my email?
Yes! The free version works entirely without an account. You choose a local username and everything stays on your device.
How is my data secured?
We use HTTPS encryption for all communications, your passwords are hashed (impossible to read), and hosting is in France at OVH, a certified provider.
Does NeuralBricks use my data to train AI?
No. Your models and creations are never used to train other artificial intelligences. They belong to you.
How to contact support?
